綜合評價還是蠻不錯的，我們是坐船過來的，海口碼頭過來稍微有點遠，但是返程可以直接選擇秀英港口，走路都可以，交通很是便利。
房間很寬敞，特別靠近廚房的餐廳，佈置很文藝，出片也不錯。

兩室一廳，空間挺大的，性價比挺高，但部分設施較老舊，門把手建議可以更換下，整體的體驗還是很不錯的。

非常棒的房子和非常棒的房東｡我們的所有問題都及時回覆了｡感覺就像在自己家裡一樣自~家裡乾淨,設施齊全…拎包入住, 房東很真誠的按照實際需求（而不是為了經營***）添置用品,常用物品一應俱全 位置好,小區非常好停車,24小時有保安,買東西吃東西很方便, 性價比還是高的

時隔一年和同事出差碰到房東新房源果斷下單，這次的房子比騎樓更大更寬敞，採光特別好，屋子陳設簡潔大方，而且就在市中心，去哪都特別方便快捷，房東還是很貼心，準備了好幾瓶飲料和零食，強烈推薦！💗
