我是一個帶着孩子從雪谷徒步穿越到雪鄉的媽媽，當天下午拖着一身疲憊進入了酒店，工作人員非常暖心的幫我們把行李搬到二樓，房間內很乾凈很暖和，窗口直接可以看到雪鄉棧道旁的美景。當晚準備先去看燈光下的雪蘑菇，然後再去看秧歌表演，沒想到在棧道上一個不小心從台階上摔下來，當時腳就已經疼痛難忍，我以為會骨折了。好在酒店就在棧道旁，孩子扶着我一瘸一拐的回到酒店，一進門老闆娘就趕快過來詢問情況，然後一直幫忙找冰塊，聯繫回哈爾濱的車……令我更感動的是，從第二天一早六點鐘出發，老闆娘幫我拿着兩個大箱子，汽車+高鐵，把我和孩子直接護送到哈爾濱。在這舉目無親的陌生地方，與我毫無關係的老闆娘，勝似親人，令我感動到滿眼含淚。東北人都是活雷鋒，老闆娘完美詮釋了這句話！必須滿滿的五分好評！💐💐💐

太差了，完全不值這個價，衹是房間從某個角度拍效果很好，裏面要啥沒啥。 首先，根本沒有評價裏説的熱情周到，不知道那些評價怎麼來的。我們下車沒人接，打電話問才説車都出去接其他客人了，讓我們自己走。離店的時候想着老闆能用用車送我們出去，老闆直接説我們店沒有車。簡單又粗暴好樣的！這家客棧在雪韻大街很靠尾的位置，距離大石碑還要走很遠的距離，拖着行李在雪地裏走很艱難。這個客棧連頂上的都是招牌是別家的都沒有換，衹在牆邊一個犄角旮旯寫了是三個字狗熊嶺。地圖上也根本搜不到愛上狗熊嶺客棧的位置。 其次，我們訂的雪景房四人間，居然衹有兩個枕頭兩床被子（其中一床被子1.2米，另一床衹有1米寬，兩個人蓋一床被子根本沒有辦法睡）。老闆説把員工的兩個枕頭和自己一床分被子給我們用，話説得好聽，好像我們應該心存感激，但是老闆你搞清楚，我們花了1800是來消費服務的，不是來讓你來施捨的！房間內沒有一次性拖鞋和洗漱用品，房間小得可憐，床用品、被單也很廉價看起來舊兮兮。衞生間沒有乾濕分區，有臭味，地漏殘留着毛髮。 早餐衹有稀飯 雞蛋和饅頭，居然晚了一點下樓，稀飯和雞蛋都沒了，等着現熬粥。老闆一直説是客人用餐時間太集中，難道前一晚統計入住人數，配夠足夠的早餐份量不是做客棧老闆最基本的分內之事嗎？衹能説管理水平太差。 唯一的服務就是提前了幾天問我們行程，得知我們要自駕，老闆娘很熱情給我們講解亞雪公路有多危險，開車費用得多高，建議我們包車，給我們聯繫亞布力到雪鄉來回包車 報價600元（幸好我們有哈爾濱的熟人，當地人都説那邊道路路況很好，自駕不用太擔心，確實也是，後面有亞雪公路的圖）我們到了亞布力當地隨便問了一下，亞布力到雪鄉包車來回是400。 疫情三年你不容易，但誰都不容易，我們消費者的錢也不是大風颳來的。我對這裏的客棧期望值不高，但也請品價配位。建議要住雪鄉就選便宜的，這裏本來條件都很差，避免花冤枉錢。
