Although there are all the necessary facilities, the overall accommodation is a bit small. The ventilation facilities in the bathroom are not very good. There is a smell as soon as it is opened. Others are okay. The front desk is also very welcoming. It is okay for those who do not have high requirements for the living environment.

Because it was too far from the station, I couldn't check in. It is not recommended to choose this if you want convenient transportation.

Because I booked a smoking room, it seems to be in an old hotel, so the equipment is older, and the smell of oil smoke from the restaurant will spread to the corridor of the room, but the room is clean. The hotel will also come with a free meal coupon (choose one of ramen or curry rice)

I found this hotel while looking for accommodation near Goryokaku Park. After researching, I found out that it was owned by a local Hakodate owner, which intrigued me, so I decided to stay there. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor, and I chose a plan that included free curry or salt ramen. To be honest, this was more than enough for dinner. And for breakfast, I was able to enjoy free dashi chazuke. I wondered if this included two meals. I'm grateful for this kind of service. I was able to reserve a Japanese-style room. Japanese-style rooms are spacious, so I use them when I'm not on business. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you for your help.

I'm glad it's open when I go out drinking. I stayed overnight yesterday because I couldn't get home from a drinking party. I'm grateful that they were accommodating to my sudden stay. I heard they have a store in Hakodate, so I'd definitely like to use that store again. The main store is in Hakodate, so I used food from the vending machine this time, but I forgot to bring chopsticks, which was a problem. I couldn't find any nearby, so I forgot. It was too much trouble to go get it, so I just ate it as it was. It was a soup type, so I managed to get it, but it hadn't been mixed, so it had solidified at the end.

This time I stayed in a twin room, which was very nice. The room was spacious and easy to use. However, there are still not many amenities, so you have to go to everything temporarily, which is very troublesome. However, it is located in the center of town, so it is very convenient to go to the downtown area. Also, the mirror and desk are in different positions, which makes it very difficult to use, and there are no lights, so it is difficult to put on makeup. I think the bread service in the morning is good, but if they had a few types of salad available, it would be better for nutritional balance, so I hope they will do this in the future. I think the free soft drink service is very good, but I still need some side dishes.

I stayed here the day before and the day of the race for the Hakodate Marathon. It was conveniently located, just a 6-minute walk from the race venue. I guess it was a plan for runners, because when I checked in at the front desk, I was given a two-night ticket for salt ramen and all-you-can-drink chuhai for dinner. I was very grateful for this. The ramen after the race was especially delicious. The exterior of the building is not new, but the tatami room was comfortable to use, and there was a washing machine with a dryer on the floor, so I was able to wash my clothes right away after the race. It was also very convenient, within walking distance of Goryokaku. Unfortunately, the TV did not have BS reception, which was a shame.

Despite the low price, we were very satisfied with the free salt ramen, free drinks, and free porridge for breakfast! They even store frozen foods for you, and they have a parking lot! The staff are kind and highly recommended! We went to the Hakodate Ropeway at night, but you can get there by renting a car from the hotel! The rooms are reasonably priced, and Wi-Fi is also available, so it's very convenient! When we come back, we want to stay at this hotel again. I was so satisfied that I wanted to tell someone about it, so I tried writing a post for the first time!

There is a beer garden on the rooftop, a Chinese restaurant on the first floor, good value for money, and a very satisfying stay even after multiple nights. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing service from the front desk! Even when we suddenly asked for advice, which can be really difficult for anxious travelers, they not only responded without a word of complaint, but even suggested some great ideas. The building itself has a sense of history, but the thoughtfulness and freshness of the staff surpasses that, so I personally give it five stars without question! This is the first time I have ever encountered such kind hotel staff. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Response from Property: Thank you for using Hotel Tetra. We are glad to hear that you had a relaxing stay. We also appreciate your kind words regarding the staff's service. We are very pleased that such words will motivate our staff in the future. We strive to listen to our customers' opinions and make use of them so that our guests, whether they are using our hotel for business or leisure, can have a comfortable stay and be energized for the next day. Autumn is approaching in Hokkaido, and the mornings and evenings are a little chilly. Although it is a time when we miss the heat, as we enter October, the days when we can see the autumn leaves are approaching, so we hope that you will visit our hotel again at that time. We hope that you will take care of yourself, sab-be2014. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback despite your busy schedule. Hotel Tetra Staff, Tashiro Daiki

I made a reservation on a certain website, but the Hokkaido resident discount was extended, and when I called to check, I was told that the Hokkaido resident discount would not apply if I made a reservation from a certain website, so I made a reservation from the hotel's website. I immediately checked if the reservation had been made, and was told that it was made, but not for the Hokkaido resident discount, and that I should make a reservation from the Hokkaido resident discount site, but no matter how many times I looked, I could not find the Hokkaido resident discount site, and when I called again, I was told that I could make a reservation by phone. If that's the case, I wish they had told me that I could make a reservation by phone from the beginning. Even though I made a reservation after several exchanges, the Hokkaido resident discount was not applied on the day. What does that mean? It also said that if I was a consecutive stay guest and refused all cleaning and other services, they would give me water, but even at the time of check-out, they didn't seem to give it to me, and I asked them myself, and they finally helped me. I tried to leave a review on the paper in the room, but the QR code wouldn't read. It was a trip I was really looking forward to, but it made me feel very bad.

Response from Property: Thank you for using Hotel Tetra. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. As you said, when we proposed the Douminwari service, we should have told you first that you could make a reservation by phone. We would also like to apologize for not processing your request despite the use of the Douminwari service. Your criticism has allowed all of our staff to reflect on our shortcomings. We will continue to work hard from now on. Autumn is approaching in Hokkaido, and the mornings and evenings are getting a little chilly. Although it is a time when we miss the heat, as we enter October, the days when we can see the autumn leaves are approaching, so we hope that you will use our hotel again at that time. We hope that you will take care of yourself, Murachannel. Thank you very much for your valuable opinion despite your busy schedule. Hotel Tetra Staff, Tashiro Daiki
