First of all, it would be a shame if you stayed at the regular price because the description of the facility was different from the reality. It's a shame even if I used the reward. First of all, the explanation said that there would be a toilet, shower, and bathroom in the room, but there was only a toilet and a sink. There are also no amenities such as toothbrushes in the room. The room was clean and spacious, but there was a lot of wasted space, and the air conditioning was probably central heating, with only the airflow of the fan being adjusted, so it felt hot when you turned it on and cold when you turned it off. Also, the bed mat wasn't very hard, so I woke up a few times with a pain in my body. Also, we couldn't have dinner inside the facility, so we had to walk 5-10 minutes up a cold slope to Yunessun, and then walk on a public road with no sidewalks along the way. For breakfast, only bread, yogurt, and coffee are provided as self-service, and you must take them back to your room by yourself. The reception is basically like you can't get in without pressing the doorbell, and as other people have written, I feel that the service level is lower than a business hotel, and it's not worth the 50,000 yen for 2 people per night. think. I happened to be there with my son, so it was acceptable, but I would not recommend it for couples or couples who want to stay at a slightly lower quality hotel. During my stay, the front desk explained that Yunessun was free on the first day and the next day, but I got the impression that the facility was poorly explained. I regret that I should have read the reviews properly before making a reservation.

The room was clean. The overall appearance, doors, breakfast, etc. are reminiscent of a training camp. The parking lot is narrow and gravel. Suitable for families with children as Yunessun can be used unlimitedly on both days. It's not bad, but I get the impression that I don't want to spend 20,000 yen per person.

I was able to play a lot with Yunessun tickets. The inside of the hotel was clean and calm. It was nice to have a large closet and bathroom. It was a little troublesome to go down the first floor from the lobby to the ba*****t, but it was nice and quiet. It was only breakfast, but I was surprisingly full with 4 kinds of small bread, yogurt, and cup salad. Above all, it is the best that you can drink coffee etc. for 24 hours from check-in! If you're worried about it, it's a good idea to buy something at a convenience store. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. The bath was nice too. I will stay again!

65,000 yen per night for one room with breakfast (4 small sweet buns). I imagined a clean and hospitable ryokan, but it was the worst. 1. Almost business hotel or lower front desk. 2. In the morning, sweet buns, which are better not to eat, are distributed and urged to eat them in the room. I don't even feel like offering sweet bread for the number of people) 3. I didn't know where the parking lot was. In pitch blackness, we were forced to park in a narrow space where we couldn't even open the door properly because both sides were covered with grass. When I checked in, a good-natured middle-aged woman treated me with a sense of hospitality, but she was the only decent employee in the service industry. 4. The room was minimally clean and the bed was comfortable, but I couldn't sleep because there was a room that was making a lot of noise until around 1:30 am. Employees should have easily noticed this (since the large public bath closes at 00:00, the door should be locked at that time, so there is no reason not to notice), but there is no warning and it is left unattended. At around 1:30, the service suddenly stopped, so I guess they finally responded to the complaints from the customers who couldn't stand it. 5. The public bath is neither good nor bad, and the open-air bath is acceptable, but there is only one hair dryer. When I entered, a total of 5 people were using it and it was a big traffic jam. . Three people withdrew without drying their hair. Cospa is the worst, but where are you stingy? . I don't want to be misunderstood as being emotional, so I dare to give it a rating of 2 instead of 1. Also, I don't want people to think I don't know the Hakone market, so I should add that I've been staying in Hakone for more than 10 years, three times a year (most of the inns cost around 50,000 to 100,000 yen per room). I wrote only the facts for a long time, but in short, it was a story that I was charged 70,000 for a room without meals at a hotel of the same quality as a business hotel. Considering Hakone, I wonder if I can get 10,000 per person.
