🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nanjo is the best Host I have met. He is kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the most pleasant stay in all of hakuba. This hotel has a great homey feel, comfortable, warm and most of all it has a private indoor and outdoor onsen. Thank you for your great service and we will definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay in Hakuba, close to shuttle bus stations, walk able distance to Echoland for restaurants, 7/11, atm, rental shops. But the best thing is the host Nanjo, he is so accommodating, friendly, helpful and kind. He made our stay super easy, comfortable and it felt like home. The best part was the onsen every night after a tiring day snowboarding.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was more than accommodating by allowing us to check in later than 11pm. He also gifted us with a free bottle of wine from a local winery.
The room was expectedly small but comfortable and very affordable. The Onsen felt amazing after a long day of skiing.
Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Hakuba.

It's a pity that I couldn't eat rice because I stayed without meals, but next time I would like to use the accommodation with dinner or breakfast included. The owner was very kind and pleasant. Perhaps because it was the low season, the restaurants in the area were closed, so I ended up being a refugee for dinner (^◇^;)
