"The view from the room was amazing, and check-in was earlier than 14:00, but we were able to move it up to 12:00, which was great. There is a cafe on the first floor, where you can get ice cream and other things that are perfect for when it's hot. Check-out was also changed from 11:00 to 12:00, which was great. Motorbikes can be rented cheaply, and since it's not as crowded as Hanoi, even Japanese people can drive. But you do so at your own risk."

According to the crew manager Bruce, we have to board a smaller boat for 45mins to head to the cruise due to their territories issue. However, it does not affect our trip experience at all. We chose 2 days / 1 night trip to this amazing place with Peony Cruises. It was All Inclusive with 4 times food (lunch, dinner, breakfast, brunch). The staff was very kind and attentive. They even changed some of the foods for dinner, bcoz we didn’t eat seafood. That was so sweet from their side. Indeed, the food was appetizing. We went kayaking, enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets and admired the stunning views. Then we visited Trung Trang Cave which was so astonishing."

"January 2025, there were very few people in the hotel, it felt like the hotel was just for us. We had neighbors, but we did not hear them at all. The room is clean, cozy, we especially liked the very comfortable chairs with a table, we drank coffee with a view of the sea. Breakfast to order, filled out the form upon check-in, in the morning we received the entire order. There was a lot of food, varied and tasty. The staff is responsive, everyone speaks English, in extreme cases they use a translator. We used the laundry service, clothes were brought in the morning, after breakfast. The hotel is secluded, within a 4-minute walk there are restaurants, massage and the entrance to the Sun World entertainment park, a mini market on the side of the hotel, five steps away. We used the gym and the pool."
