Royal Palms Hotel

The Royal Palms Hotel in Bermuda Family is an absolute gem!! It embodies the warmth, intimacy, and personalized hospitality of this lovely island. From the moment we arrived - literally as our taxi arrived from the airport - the friendly and welcoming staff members made us feel like we’d come home to our tropical family. I have to give a special shoutout to Jade at the front desk, who patiently answered all of my emailed questions before our arrival and greeted our taxi with a warm smile at the front door. Her attentiveness and genuine helpfulness set the tone for our entire stay. During the complimentary breakfast, Bali in the dining room went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He provided excellent service, as well as valuable recommendations for things to do on the island. Plus, the little Easter treats he surprised us with on Easter morning added an extra touch of thoughtfulness! The rooms at the Royal Palms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting retreat after a day of exploring Bermuda. Outside? The lush grounds abounded with tropical and exotic flowers, creating a picturesque escape. It felt like heaven. Strolling through the gardens felt like being transported to a tropical paradise, adding to the overall charm and beauty of this family-owned oasis. Overall, the Royal Palms Hotel offers an exceptional level of hospitality. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. 💕

Outrageously beautiful! Wonderful, caring staff and a great breakfast included. Very lush gardens and comfortable, large rooms. You feel like you are staying in a friend’s home. Loved having a good restaurant right on site. In person looks even better than the photos.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially Bally, who was greeting all the guest at breakfast and helping with what they needed. He even gave me suggestions on various attractions to visit. The rooms are wonderfully decorated.

My husband and I came on our honeymoon to Bermuda! We spent two nights at Royal palms, and five nights on another part of the island. When we come back for our anniversary we will be staying exclusively at Royal palms!!!! Prisaba worked at the front desk and was absolutely incredible!!!! Not only did she upgrade us for our honeymoon, she was so helpful, booked us tee times and dinner reservations, and called us many many taxis. Bali does the breakfast and he was the epitome of customer service. He gave us so many tips, showed us around new places, and really got to know us. We absolutely LOVED royal palms in November and can’t wait to come back for our anniversary in August!!!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Bermuda, look no further! The grounds are amazing and well kept & the staff- EVERYONE was friendly and went above and beyond to make our family vacation one we will remember forever!!!! EXCEPTIONAL from booking to check out. You WON’T be disappointed!

We had an excellent five night stay at the Royal Palms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location was great, just a 15 minute walk into Hamilton (make sure you get directions for the route with sidewalks). Breakfasts were good with several choices (including making your own waffles!) as was the evening wine hour-----which was a great way to meet other guests and share experiences/advice. We had dinner one night at Ascots, which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent one night in this wonderful hotel. It feels like staying with your very nicest and best family! The room was clean and large and well-appointed. From 5:00 to 6:00 they have wine hour which is so nice and the included breakfast in the morning is good with choices of breads, fresh fruit salad, breakfast sandwiches etc. Loved my stay and the hospitality is wonderful.
