Hongyekan is located in Hanamaki Onsen Village. It costs about 3,400 yen to take a taxi from the airport. The hotel facilities are newer than expected. It should have been renovated. The hotel rooms are also quite large. You can soak in the hot springs of three joint hotels. The meals feel thoughtful. Although there are not many types, the ingredients are good. I will stay at least two days next time.

The pick-up bus at Shin Hanamaki Station at 3 o'clock was very punctual, and the driver did not take out the list to check, so I felt that there was no need to make an appointment. The time for the drop-off station does need to be reserved, and it will be checked when getting on the bus. The snow view outside the room window is beautiful, but there is nothing around the hotel. It feels like a remote hotel group that specializes in receiving ********* groups. A drugstore at the door is crowded with ********* guests at night. In the morning, the drugstore is not open after the ********* group leaves, so there is no place to go shopping. Dinner does have unlimited long-legged crabs and steaks, and the dishes are rich but the taste is very average. The hot spring is also quite satisfactory, with average water quality and scenery.

The overall price-performance ratio is very high. You can soak in three hot springs in one hotel. Among them, the hot springs in Hongyekan have indoor and outdoor pools, and the outdoor pool has some mountain views; Hanamaki Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools, but the outdoor pool is average, blocked by grids, and the view is not good; Qianqiu Pavilion has only indoor pools, with rose decorations on the walls, and nothing special. In summary, I recommend soaking in the hot springs in Hongyekan. (There is a Hanamaki Manten-no-yu, which was not open when I went there, so I don't know how it works) The meals are buffet, but the quality is very good! There are also different performances every night.

The hotel is located in Hanamaki Onsen Village, which is a group of three hotels. You can go to the hot springs in all three hotels, but I only went to the Momijikan, which has both outdoor and indoor hot springs. The area is not small and very comfortable. The room is also large, and the breakfast is rich in variety, with Japanese and Western food. There are also sukiyaki, local milk and ice cream. The hotel also has free folk performances in the lobby every night, which is very unique. If it is spring and summer, the rose garden near the hotel should also be beautiful. A very recommended hotel. The disadvantage is that the surrounding public transportation is not very convenient. You can only make an appointment to take the free shuttle bus from the hotel to Shin-Hanamaki Station. Although there are ordinary buses, there are very few buses.

The CP value is high, the room is big enough, you can see the snow outside the window, it feels great, the hot spring ♨️ is also very good, there are indoor and outdoor hot springs, it was snowing when I was soaking outdoors, it was beautiful! If you stay at Hongyekan, you can go to the hot springs of the two neighboring hotels, but you can’t go to Jiasongyuan, haha! This time I only had breakfast, which was also very good. It was really enjoyable to sit by the window and watch the snow scene while having breakfast!

The facilities are considerate and attentive, the buffet breakfast is of quality, the hot spring facilities are complete, there are indoor and outdoor baths, the staff are polite, and the overall feeling is good.

The tatami room where our family of three stayed was spacious overall, but the facilities were a little old and the luggage storage space was a little small. The snow scenery outside the window was beautiful. The room with breakfast and dinner was booked, all buffet, and the meals were quite rich. The only drawback was that it said there was a bus pick-up, but when I called, they said there was no bus pick-up that day, only on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The price is affordable, and dinner includes all-you-can-eat snow crab and a variety of hot pot dishes, perfect for winter. Better than the dinner at Hoshino Aomoriya. The three restaurants are connected, with performances in the evening, music at dinner, and shops across the street. However, for a hotel with this number of rooms, the outdoor hot spring is a bit smaller than expected (it just so happens that the largest open-air pool at Hanamaki Hotel is closed in winter). In addition, there should be more flexible transfer services between the four hotels. The Red Leaf Pavilion is connected to Jiasong Garden, and you have to drag your luggage onto the bus yourself. The service's responsiveness needs to be strengthened. Please understand that we have come from afar and want to experience different hotel styles.

The hotel service staff are all great. The room is clean and spacious. I highly recommend going to the double hot spring house at your own expense. The environment is very comfortable and clean. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are both delicious and not many in style but exquisite.
