I thought parking was free at this hotel, but it turns out they charge 1 unit per hour. I stayed for two days and paid 47 units for parking. Service: For such a nice hotel, the service attitude was incredibly poor. It's a service industry, but they lacked professionalism. They were impatient when answering questions. There's a Starbucks across from the hotel, which I visited every day.

When I asked if they could notify us once the room was clean, they flat out said the hotel never proactively contacts guests and suggested we just go out and wander around. What an arrogant hotel! This is one of the best hotels in Hangzhou! Very clean and beautiful for this price! Front desk staff are very friendly; there is a restaurant in the first floor and few small shops in front of the building, however, the location is a bit far from the center which makes it a little inconvenient for delivery! In general it was a nice experience I’ll definitely comeback in the future . If you’re looking for a calm and quiet place I recommend this hotel; you won’t regret it!
