酒店各項設施都非常新，也很乾凈。前台包括打掃衞生的阿姨都很友善。早餐品類雖然不多但勝在口味不錯，而且營業到11點，非常人性化。
酒店離西湖有點距離，要打車，不是步行可達距離。去靈隱寺也是。

Room superb clean and completed with amenities!
Very good service of the receptionist 夏夏 as they provided me the suggestion to nearby tourist place and help me to collect parcel on behalf.
The cleaner aunty is kind and always provided me the fruits and snack! Always greet me morning! Hahaha like the way they act.

Very impressed with the service. Served by Zhang Na and she has been helpful throughout my trip for a few days here. The hotel is new and the facilities are very new. Good breakfast options. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Overall this is a great hotel for business travel. Nothing fancy but clean. The room was specious. The services are great!
The restaurant only serves breakfast (buffet). Hopefully, it would also serve dinner in the future.
