Love this resort. Fell in love the minute we stepped into the lobby. We knew we have picked the right hotel. Beautiful, tastefully decorated, artistic structure, staff understand English. Upgraded our room. Roo. Amenities was great. August is a hot month and the air-conditioning in the hotel is moderately warm. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel is perfect for a peaceful staycation, ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still convenient enough to access key attractions. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and aesthetically pleasing, providing a true sense of luxury and tranquility. Housekeeping is top-tier, with immaculate attention to detail that ensures a consistently clean and comfortable environment. The hotel boasts two excellent restaurants, one serving refined Chinese cuisine and the other offering delicious Western dishes. Their afternoon high tea service is a delightful experience, perfect for unwinding while taking in the serene surroundings. Exceptional Stay at Hangzhou Liberty Manor - Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience at Hangzhou Liberty Manor! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with fresh fruits, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful sakura trees, creating a peaceful and picturesque environment. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. The value for money is outstanding, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hangzhou. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend Hangzhou Liberty Manor to anyone looking for a great stay in the city. We will definitely come back! Many sakura trees

Beautiful inside and outside. Beautiful gym.

The location is quiet and peaceful, ideal for stay away from city and an escape from the usual. The surrounding is awesome, we ride bicycle around the area and had the best dinner at the restaurant near the main road. The food can easily be one of the best meal that we had in this trip. The restaurant is part of the hotel (Not the one in the hotel itself) The only disappointment is the service at check in counter. 

Location is wonderful,  hotel is fresh and spacious. Breakfast is good. Service level is not very high, specially for Chinese guests with passport or for foreigners.
