周邊很安靜，但離商圈很近，動靜皆宜。前台小陳小奚很暖心，離店時還送了小禮物，太有人情味了，物有所值，甚至物超所值，無意中發現的寶藏酒店，果斷收藏！

這家酒店的設施非常棒，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得到了充分的休息，酒店前台小楊和小萬服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決！周邊交通也很便利打車很方便。酒店對面就是金沙湖，可以在六樓的露台上看一下金沙湖夜景，也是非常不錯的選擇呢。

房間雅緻 感覺是800以上的標準但是估計新開店現在就300多 空氣清新 裝修很新 安靜 設計感很強 樓上還有很有氛圍感的露台俯瞰江景 適合拍照打卡 還有健身房洗衣房 能想到的應有盡有
服務特別好 微信前台一直在線

第一次住這種風格的酒店，真的非常超出我的預期，裝修風格我很喜歡，看了點評有很多説是房間有味道的，還有點擔心，但是自己住過來完全沒有什麼味道，反而很讓人舒心，而且窗户都是落地窗，很大很明亮，出行很少遇到這種房間都是大落地窗的酒店了，性價比槓槓的，入住期間最讓我暖心的第二天我早上出去辦事，打車回到酒店準備辦理退房，到房間反應過來手機忘在出租車上了，求助前台小男孩，幫忙給我手機打電話，還幫忙給出租車司機溝通，還安慰我別擔心，焦急，當時沒有手機也沒辦法做任何事情，到了退房時間還幫我延遲，一直延遲到司機幫我的手機給我送回來，值得點贊👍我衹要來杭州一定都會選擇這家酒店的！！！

酒店設計很有格調，拍照出片。硬件能看出來花了不少精力，使用的都是好材料，不像普通的商務酒店。退房有贈送護手霜，剛好北方天氣涼了，可以用上。

從北方出來旅遊，漠河已經0度左右進入冬季，杭州還是艷陽高照，非常暖和。杭州不僅天氣暖和，酒店的員工給人的感覺也非常暖和，基本上有求必應。酒店巴洛克結合中式的設計非常漂亮，有機會還會再來。

這次到杭州出差選擇了這家酒店，新裝修的，環境不錯，整體入住體驗不錯，位置在下沙很好，周圍距離天街也不遠。前台小美女態度不錯。還可以點外賣，有機器人直接送到屋子內部，很方便，總體入住體驗不錯，有機會下次再去。推薦給差旅的人。

味道大，感覺是進去吸甲醛的，無論電梯還是房間,有味道你要提醒客人啊，問的時候一堆理由，我花了485住的是旅館麼？完了開票給我開成458，招的人能不能專業點，早餐一般，這價格怎麼有臉標出來的，真打杭州的臉，太次了😡😡😡，我做回大冤種不要緊
