這家斷橋旁邊的全季酒店真的太讚了！位置簡直是王牌，出門就能感受到斷橋的氛圍感，步行幾步就到湖邊，無論是清晨看晨霧還是傍晚賞餘暉都超級方便，對於想深度體驗西湖景緻的人來説，地理位置無可挑剔，床品睡得很舒服，隔音做得不錯，在熱鬧地段也能保證安靜的休息環境。前台服務很貼心，辦理入住退房都很高效，還會主動提供周邊遊玩建議，細節處讓人感覺很周到。
性價比也很高，在核心景區能有這樣的硬件和服務，真的很值得。下次來杭州西湖遊玩，還會選這裏。

離西湖1㎞吧，出門左轉一直走就能到西湖，環境還可以，房間不大，挺乾淨的，隔音一般，總有熊孩子不停的關門開門，希望酒店關注一下。送餐的機器人很可愛，很禮貌，還會讓客人先乘坐電梯。總體不錯的，推薦！
