訂的房間是優選單人間，卻給的特惠（給的房間同日價格是比我訂的便宜的）。且一次住三天，也不給説法。無論什麼房型，一層不見太陽。
無窗潮濕。房間隔音差。
上樓都聽到聲音。隔壁開電視整晚，太清楚。
床上有蟲。

環境：是小區內的獨棟一座樓。一層房間基本見不到太陽。
衞生：比較潮濕，有窗房間廁所沒異味。
設施：廁所比較簡陋。房間內裝一般。

在小區裏面，還是蠻好找，地鐵5號線b2口下來，300米左右就到，房間不算太大，床還不錯，其他住下一晚還是不錯，酒店很安靜。

經常出差，很少評論，這家店必須説幾句，在小區裏面，雖然不太好找，但是這也是它的優點，超級安靜，很乾凈，衞生間也大，唯一不好的就是沒做乾濕分離了吧。五星推薦。

酒店在小區裏，位置好，距離杭州東站車程十幾分鍾很便利，老闆娘第一天給我升級了房間，便於後面續住，衞生條件可以，被子很舒服，洗澡水流很大，缺點是隔音不好，總的來説性價比較高

地鐵口往前走幾百米，在小區裏，位置也比較好找，新裝修的，整體比較乾淨簡潔，希望能多上兩瓶礦泉水就行，其他挺好的！
