Overall stay was good. The cleaning ladies were friendly and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. There are no lifts in the hotel so we had to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs on our own - not the most convenient in this aspect if you are travelling with elderly or young kids. Location was good - walking distance to West Lake and there's a whole stretch of eateries and a convenience store just beside the hotel.

Very helpful staff. I had difficulty with Alipay for taxi fare. But male staff really stepped up to help. I left my jacket behind but they kept it for me 😀.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hangzhou called Home Inn. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it to others.

Place offered exactly what you will expect in that price range. Is clean, have a parking lot and nice staff. There’s no fancy wives buts is located few min from the west lake,

The service is very good. It is very close to the Broken Bridge of West Lake, and it is very convenient to take a cruise. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and will recommend routes to surrounding attractions. The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. The configuration is very complete. The breakfast is also delicious and very satisfactory

The location is very good. The Broken Bridge is only ten minutes away. You can reach Yintai Plaza in twelve minutes by riding a shared bike. There are snack bars and restaurants downstairs. It is too noisy at night. I almost didn't sleep all night because the sound insulation of the room is really poor. The room has voice control and is very clean. The front desk staff is very good. They even took us upstairs in person. There is free parking and the security uncle is very enthusiastic and responsible. I don't understand why there is only one breakfast for a double bed. Fortunately, I used my points to exchange for two. The breakfast is very rich, but there are too few seats.

The hotel room is clean and sanitary, the room is fully functional, the breakfast is varied and delicious. The intern at the front desk provided great service, gave small gifts, and helped store luggage. Five-star praise!
