We stayed here with our kids during the May Day holiday in Xiaoshan. It was already 8 or 9 in the evening when we arrived. The hotel was very considerate and gave us a room upgrade. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage and were not very mobile, the hotel manager accompanied us throughout the whole process and helped us press the elevator, which made us feel at home. The facilities in the hotel rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the rooms are very spacious, and it is very comfortable to stay in. Because the hotel is in the scenic area, and it rained a little on the day we came, the air was very good and relatively quiet, and it felt very natural. It is also relatively close to several scenic spots around Xianghu Lake. We booked a package of scenic wine for Changqiao Polar Ocean Park, which is very cost-effective. After all, two tickets were given. Check it at the hotel business center the next day. When you have breakfast, a reservation text message will be sent to your mobile phone. Click the text message link and there will be a QR code for verification (note that if it is two adults and one child/two children, children over 1 meter will need tickets. The ticket gate staff will directly take out a ruler to measure. It is not okay to exceed a little bit, and it is a full ticket 🤣🤣🤣, and it can be -10 yuan when there is Cloud Flash Payment), and it supports the use of the children's amusement park next to the Ocean Park. The breakfast is also very rich, with steamed buns, noodles, sushi, wontons and pastries. Basically, everything is available. It is recommended to make a strategy in advance before going to Changqiao, and try to ensure that the walrus, sea lion, beluga whale and dolphin performances are seen. The last dolphin show is at 3:30 (May 1, 2024). After watching, go to the children's park next door (note that if you enter one way, you can't return to the Ocean Park), and you can play until six o'clock in the afternoon. The Beluga show is probably the most popular one. It is recommended to take a tour bus directly from the Mermaid to the Beluga Pavilion and watch the two Beluga shows first. Please note that you should arrive at least 10-20 minutes early to get a good seat. Environment: The surrounding environment is good. There is an Oriental Cultural Park next door. It is not far from Xianghu Lake. The hotel itself has towering ancient trees, lakes and bridges. It is very suitable for walking around. It is good to bring children and the elderly to a parent-child family tour. Room: The room is very good, with a large space of about 50 square meters, complete facilities, a little old, but the maintenance and cleaning are quite good. There is also a large balcony with a wide view. Drink tea and smoke a cigarette on the balcony, and be quiet. The troubles will be scattered with the wind. Breakfast: It is quite rich, with many Chinese and Western varieties, and it is satisfactory. Service: Very good, from the check-in at the front desk, to entering and exiting the lobby, the breakfast room, and the cleaning staff on the floor, most of them will say hello, and there is a friendly and homely feeling. Overall evaluation: During the Spring Festival, the budget is not high. It is a surprise to find this hotel. The environment, service and facilities are good. It is worth recommending.

The room was very nice. Our child was doing a fashion show, and the venue was in the hotel. We didn't have to pay extra for checking out until 2:30. It was really heartwarming. I will come again when I come to Hangzhou in the future.

When it was newly opened, the standard was very high, but now it is so old that it has a strong musty smell, so strong that it chokes the nose. There is probably mold under the carpet. The balcony door of the room is open, and the smell is unbearable all day long. It is the kind of hotel that you will be in a hurry to leave the next day after sleeping for a night. Although the attitude of the service staff is excellent, and they also give tickets to Senbo Water Park, the price is really cost-effective, but this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with such a strong smell. It is really not worth it no matter how cheap it is! I hope the developer will renovate it quickly.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip on the 16th. The hotel is located in a park and has a very good environment. I checked in at 2:30 pm. A lady in black clothes received me. She was very patient. I was very satisfied. I give her a thumbs up. The management of the Hangzhou Asian Games is very strict now. The check-in process is a bit cumbersome, but it is understandable! Overall satisfied

The location is a bit remote but parking is convenient, the environment is quiet and the air is fresh, the room is clean and sanitary and fully equipped, the receptionist is warm and polite, I hope to stay again next time I go to Yiqiao

There are two tickets for Ocean Park, which is worth the price. The hygiene is OK, the surrounding environment is good, and it is also good to take children for a stroll.
