The place was terrible. This place has no working internet . They are not decent hosts! They are only after the fast money ! This was an extreme disappointing experience. They need to be blocked. Place is dirty, no internet, **** on the floor of bathroom, dirty walls and dirty ceiling, internet is not working and hosts are not friendly and not helpful. Unlike other places here in China. Usually people happy to have guest and help. But they did not ! They are just after a fast money. It was topped with construction noise all day and from 6am onwords with drilling and more. Therefore dirty everywhere. Hosts talks loud at night and morning. Walls are thin - hence lot noise. Hosts was Smoking in front customers and everywhere.

環境：在西湖景區內，打車公交都很方便，附近500米以內有很多餐廳
設施：房間設施不算很新有些舊，房間有點小，住久了挺壓抑的，但是對於這個價位來説也是不能強求的了
服務：樓下大哥養了一衹很可愛的白色薩摩耶，可以摸，超級可愛，我是覺得狗狗味道不大，一開門看到它在趴着睡覺心情還蠻好的
總體上來説還算不錯，適合預算不高的學生黨出行。

房間很舊、不乾淨。床單有類似煙灰的東西。
牆身看得出很舊，房間不大。服務一般般。對比同位置其他民宿，相差很大。一樓養狗，好大股味道。

在西湖景區附近，位置有點點偏，整體環境一般，比較不滿意的是衞浴間，洗澡的位置非常小，而且乾濕不分離，洗澡後洗手盆下的地面一灘的水，非常不方便

Были проездом в Ханчжоу, за сутки нашла это место. Очень приятное, уютную, вокруг есть стройка, так что если вы спите допоздна, то вас могут разбудить. Комната очень уютная, нам понравилось, думаю, остановились бы тут еще раз.
