A beautiful hotel as shown in the photos on Trio. Service was first class from the time we arrived with the cart meeting us at the main road and escorting us up to the hotel. Our windscreen was covered to reduce the heat during our stay. The room was stunning and location quiet despite being at the top of a busy walking spot. The pool area was clean and well reviewed after a long day walking. The staff were all attentive from start to end- always checking if we needed anything with good use of English. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, Llts of tea plantations and hiking on the area.

在杭州雲中徑度假酒店的這段日子，住得實在太舒心了。這裏環境清幽，景緻如畫，還第一次見到了柚子樹，果香清雅，聞之忘俗。
特別要感謝小於，他的照顧無微不至，每次出行都不厭其煩地幫我們提行李、安排車輛，貼心周到，讓我們倍感温暖。
已經忍不住開始期待，下次要帶女兒一起來，再享這份美好。

在這個附近住過很多酒店，什麼溪中溪呀千禧度假呀什麼的，覺得這個酒店是最好的，爬山非常的方便，早上8:00吃一個自製的米線，然後直接爬山去五雲山時間也剛剛好，最關鍵的是他的早餐呢，非常的精緻，跟其他的那種自助餐不一樣住的嗎？雖然很簡單，可是還是很舒服的，榻榻米很好，關鍵還是他四五就完全沒人了，比九溪好體驗感好很多。唯一可以改進的就是早飯可以再早一點，這樣更方便爬山。

酒店藏在西湖十景之一的雲棲竹徑景區內，被萬竿翠竹環繞，環境清幽得彷彿置身綠野仙蹤。作為景區內唯一酒店，還能享受早晚人潮退去後的私密竹林時光，這是普通遊客無法體驗的特權。

我們入住的祕境套房有一整面牆的巨型水族館，彷彿把亞特蘭蒂斯搬進了房間，看着熱帶魚羣游來游去真的太治癒了。房間設施極致用心：帕爾瑪之水的備品、戴森吹風機、高品質的床品（夢百合康芮床墊和0壓記憶枕），迷你吧的進口飲料零食全部免費，甚至飲用水都是每天新鮮打來的虎跑泉水，配以上好的龍井茶，細節決定品質。

酒店環境很好，在山裡，出行需要酒店電瓶車拉着到下面停車場。
住了一晚，被蚊蟲子咬了幾個包，估計山裡麪蚊蟲比較多。
酒店早餐品種比較多，但是房間內送的水果不夠新鮮。
