想離西湖近一點過去方便，也沒住過民宿想體驗一下，看了照片覺得不錯就定了這裏2個晚上的2個房間，分別是200和260一晚的。大概是下午2點多辦的入住。晚上7點左右洗澡，室外温度20度左右。熱水始終不超過40度且流量很小，相當於洗了個冷水澡。熱水器都沒有是一個簡易的加熱器。防滑墊、圍擋都沒有，水都濺到外面，走出來的時候差點摔一跤。毛巾都是一次性的。衞生紙很薄。房間裏感覺冷，上下的被子很薄有濕氣。開熱空調睡覺了，空調製熱效果也不好。隔音不好，還有晚上10點左右開始房東家有個長者時不時咳嗽，剛有點睡着又被驚醒。持續一段時間導致一晚沒睡好。門口和房內幾處牆角有蜘蛛網，應該是搞衞生的人都沒有或者太馬虎？那麼床單都換的嗎？總之由於現場的環境和攜程上的圖片完全不一樣，導致我沒心情玩了，就想提前一天退房。入住當天晚上6點半左右提出了退房要求被拒絕，經過攜程溝通收了我當天的全部費用和第二天50%的房費才同意。後悔沒去住酒店。就這環境倒貼我都不會去。有一張圖是我用一次性毛巾擦了點外套上的污漬，留有白色的粉末，可想而知擦身的話身上也不少。前台妹子很不錯，和她沒關係。
