I ended up extending my stay for an extra night! I really enjoyed the hotel's location and the room type. It was super convenient to just head back to the hotel for a rest whenever I felt tired. However, the housekeeping felt a bit superficial. There was a visible layer of dust on the bedside lamp, which looked like it hadn't been wiped in a while. During my three-night stay, the daily service only included emptying two trash cans, replacing used toothbrushes/slippers with new sets, replenishing two bottles of water, and making the bed. Nothing else seemed to be cleaned or tidied. I also tried a meal at Hangzhou Restaurant, which is located above the hotel, but the taste was quite average and didn't really suit my palate. Despite these points, I absolutely loved the hotel's location – it's incredibly close to West Lake and in77. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

If I ever come back to Hangzhou, this will definitely be my top choice!

It's perfect for families with kids, with a Natural History Museum and a Science Museum located nearby. You'll also find supermarkets like Hema Fresh and Century Mart close by, and food delivery services are incredibly quick, often arriving within 10-15 minutes. The Grand Canal cruise terminal is also easily accessible. They offer handy amenities like a laundry room and even provide children's slippers and toothbrushes. We stayed on the third floor and enjoyed a pleasant view of lush greenery from our window. The only minor drawbacks were that the decor seemed a bit dated and the soundproofing wasn't the best. However, as our room was quite a distance from the elevator, it didn't really affect us.

The room is clean and the hair dryer is very easy to use, which is very convenient for girls to wash their hair. The front desk service is warm and there is free coffee to drink. There are McDonald's and Rosenkudi series nearby. Travel is also very convenient.

I must specifically highlight the charming young lady at the front desk and the diligent staff member in the restaurant. The front desk lady, in her early 20s, slender and about 1.6m tall, was incredibly gentle and welcoming, truly like a little princess. The breakfast service staff also left a strong impression with her hard work and enthusiasm. When I mentioned my morning milk was a bit cold, she immediately offered to warm it up for me (as it had just been freshly served). **Parking**: Parking is convenient and costs 50 RMB per day, with ample spaces available. Overall, staying here offered excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!
