The hotel location is great, near to anywhere in old quarter..the staffs are nice to us, we realy appreciate . But the wheater is not good when we came, raining all day long for almost 3 days.
Next I'll stay here again if i come to hanoi.

travelled in 4 person group. but the bedding prepared for 3 person only. the bed was too small for 4. It was ideal for budget travel. kettle was dirty, we dare not to use it. drinks were not prepared, have to pay instead for extra drinking water. room a bit dark even though all lights were switched on. Location is pretty good, convenient to go anywhere in old quarter. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

This hotel wasn't bad but not good either, the bathroom was oldish and it was uncomfortable to use. However, it has great hospitality and had a huge room also.

Staff was quite friendly and helpful.
There was no windows and a construction nearby happening which starts from 8 am :(.
For staying a night, it is manageable. However, I wouldn’t recommend for longer stay.
