The hotel is located next to Hoan Kiem Lake, 3 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, 8 minutes walk to Hanoi Cathedral. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to 36 Lines Street. There are many restaurants downstairs. The hotel is very well equipped in the local area. First of all, it is clean and hygienic. The room is relatively large and has a balcony. The front desk service is very good. They helped to carry the luggage to the room and upgraded my room. I especially praise GIna at the front desk for her enthusiastic service, answering and helping me with the questions I raised. Knowing that I was very tired coming from Ho Chi Minh City, I was allowed to check in early and upgraded the room.
