Be prepared to book a grab if you want to go anywhere from here. Staff does nothing other than to pass you the keys.

Basic hotel apartments. Only big issues for me, there are a few mobile phone towers right in roof top and 2 facing the hotel. If anyone like to be bombarding with mobile phone towers tramission radiation, welcome to stay. Walking around the city, mobile phone towers are every where on residential roof top too. Omg, no safety regulation at all.

The hostel's location is convenient, not far from the Old Quarters, and the room provided ample space. However, several issues detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, the air conditioning unit was disruptively loud. Secondly, the bed sheets appeared unchanged and did not seem clean throughout my stay. Additionally, the shower lacked adequate drainage, resulting in water spreading to other areas of the bathroom and creating a messy environment. Furthermore, there were inconsistencies with the housekeeping service; towels were not provided one day, and on another, the room was not cleaned at all.

The location is good. You can walk to the old town. The room is quiet, but the room was not cleaned properly and there was trash left there from the previous guest. I think it's reasonable considering it's a cheap service apartment.

The bed has raised springs. makes sleeping uncomfortable The accommodation is not very clean. In the bathroom, the glass and floor had stains. The area near the accommodation is shady with many trees. Can walk easily. There is a KFC shop next to the accommodation. Walking out of the accommodation on the right hand side, there are many street food restaurants. There will be a lot of people during lunchtime. (Most shops close at 2:30 p.m.) The property is approximately 1.6 km from Hoan Kiem Lake, 650 meters from Imperial Citadel of Thang Long and 650 meters from Hanoi Train Street.

This is a real surprise. I originally thought it was a hotel, but I didn’t expect it to be an apartment. It has a large refrigerator and a small kitchen. To my surprise, all kitchen utensils are available, and there are large lockers. The room is clean and the location is also very good ~ service The staff was amazing👍. There were so many dishes in the room and they didn’t even check the room when I left. They just let me go directly~~ This apartment is definitely the most perfect place to stay when traveling in Hanoi💕

Very good apartments, not new, but comfortable, large, there is a kitchen, it is possible to watch YouTube in many languages, good location, there is a temple nearby. I like it.

Reasonably priced! Perfect for a solo male traveller! Conveniently located, and just 15 minutes walk to all the tourist sites!

The hotel is very good, close to the places to visit in Hanoi walking without problem

Nice hotel with an excellent location. Located in the old town, it’s a 5-10 minute walk to Train street (you can cross the road depending on your luck) and about 25 minutes to the rest of the attractions. The staff are very helpful, they helped us book a transfer to Ninh Binh. An excellent choice for a few days in Hanoi, I recommend it

There was daily cleaning and there was a kitchenette so I had a comfortable stay! There is a Kentucky store next door and a convenience store within walking distance!

Overall not bad

Great receptionists who speaks English. Rooms were dirty and smell like pee. We couldn't sleep becuase of the smell.
