The hotel had the fastest check in ever out of 20 countries and multiple cities I've visited! Going to the airport at 6:30 am, it took 5 minutes for our Grab taxi to arrive and 10 minutes to get to the international terminal. It's in a desolate place, and seems like a quiet village, but there are several restaurants on the block and a convenience store.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It's OK that this hotel doesn't provide airport pick-up, but its check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00, which is too weird. Isn't it because the flight time is not good to stay in a hotel near the airport? I found this condition after I booked it. My flight from Hue to Hanoi was not scheduled to arrive until 21:00, which did not meet the check-in time. So I applied for cancellation, but they didn't agree to the cancellation, so I didn't know whether I could check in. Later, I checked in smoothly, but because I applied for cancellation, the hotel said that I didn't pay, and there was another fuss, but it was finally resolved.

This bad review is for the hotel and also for Ctrip.
One: The hotel address is not the address provided by Ctrip. After arriving at the address provided by Ctrip, the hotel informed me that I had booked another location and asked a motorcycle to take me to the hotel I booked. The motorcycle drove to a remote road. At seven or eight o'clock in the evening, a girl who was alone in a foreign land sat on a motorcycle that was going to an unknown place. At that moment, my hair stood on end. I had even thought of a plan to jump out of the car and call the police to escape.
Second: the hotel's sanitary condition is worrying. The towels and sheets looked like they had never been replaced and even had stains on them. I didn't even dare to take a shower when I was alone. I wiped the sheets with sanitary wipes before I reluctantly lay down. The sound insulation is not good, you can always hear people talking outside the door in the middle of the night.
In short, I stayed alone in Vietnam for 8 days and never felt scared. Only this hotel made me worry about whether I was going to have my waist cut off.

The boss is very nice and provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. There are a lot of places to eat around. Very convenient and the room was very clean. The cats I have are super cute. I'm very satisfied
