Excellent service from the reception who speaks perfect English and so willing to help with everything. The room is not what you see in the pictures. The toilet is horrible and not easy to access in and out.

This hotel is located in the Hanoi Old Quarter.
A welcome drink was provided at check-in.
There are some free snacks available at the reception.

Easy to get to, 4 minutes from the bus stop, the rooms are already old, but it is, the price is too high, there is a night market nearby, 15 minutes from the lake, you can take the 09 bus to the oceanarium, the complex, it goes all over the city, the staff is mega responsive and pleasant, you need to order breakfasts, not bad and tasty

The hotel is small but cozy, the room is large with a balcony (view of the road). Breakfasts are acceptable, delicious. Convenient location!! On weekends there is a night market nearby and you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes
