I went to the hotel and then booked. At 7:40 p.m. The staff told me to go to my room immediately. At 9pm, the manager came down and asked for an extra 50k because he came in 20 minutes before. Qly said because you can't check in until 8pm. But without informing the guest in advance, the staff told them to go straight to their room. While we went out at 5am the next day, very early. But I still tried to accept the extra 50k.
The room has a new design but the sheets and pillows are extremely old and dirty. The color of the blanket is stained and full of dust. The toilet doesn't have paper. There's also no tissue paper. Overall the experience is not good.
