In the end, he said that there was no room. There was no way. Either stay there or get a refund and find a hotel by yourself. They took advantage of us in the middle of the night. The room was booked in advance, but there was no room when we arrived. There is no basic business ethics. It's rubbish. What's outrageous is that the remote control was taken away when the air conditioner was turned on in the house we were forced to stay in. There was no hot water and no elevator. I felt like I was being sold as a pig. The boss has no character and no morals. It turns out that Chinese people only cheat Chinese people.

Transportation, check in at the reception on the main island, right next to the cable car station, the service is pretty good, check in early in the morning, put down your luggage and you can go to the island to play first, and the luggage can be checked in at 3 pm. The front desk will recommend taking a speedboat, saying that the boat is faster, but in fact, speed is not important. The important thing is that you can get on the hotel's car after taking the boat and send it to the park or hotel. But if you take the cable car, you have to walk a long way after getting off the car to get a car to the hotel, and it's hard to find. But if you go directly to the park on the island, it doesn't matter what you take. There are many buggies in the hotel, which are sent to the entrance of the park and the port respectively, which is very convenient. If you like to take the cable car, you can go back and play after arriving at the hotel. Anyway, there is no charge and no limit on the number of times. The room is large and the facilities look of good quality, but it is old and definitely not opened in the past two years. The bedding and other things are still what a five-star hotel should be like, comfortable and clean. The bath water is average, and the drinking water is recycled in glass bottles. Four bottles are provided free of charge a day. If you want more, you need to pay. Regular purified water seems to be 45,000 per bottle. The hotel's swimming pool is great. I haven't seen such a big one in many years. The length must be more than 50 meters. It's so comfortable to swim. The beach is okay. The hotel bought very good fine sand to pave it. Unfortunately, the original bottom sand is not good, it is hard and prickly, so it is difficult to swim in the sea. Such a good sea can only be seen. The breakfast is very rich, but to be honest, the taste is average, and the dishes do not change every day. Dining in the hotel is a little expensive, with an average of 200+ per person. Judging from the level of breakfast, the main meal will not be very delicious. You can consider eating at the park and the pier. There are a lot of food, starting at 50 per person, and there is a good beer hall. We ate several meals there. There is a seafood restaurant by the pier. Locals know that seafood is very cheap and you can also eat there. The front desk communicates normally in English, and I didn't meet someone who can speak Chinese until I left. The front desk can exchange foreign currency, but not RMB, so you need to bring enough money, or go to the ATM in the scenic area, where visa is available. In general, the price-performance ratio is definitely high. Compared with the regular Marriott standard, it is slightly inferior in all aspects. The beach is really beautiful, but it is not fun, suitable for posing.
