CASANOVA Luxury Apartments with Elevator

Do not book this apartment. We have 6 of us, due to flight cancellation on 21 Jul, last minute we found this apartment with elevator, we booked a comfy suite, which has 2 bedrooms. Per bedroom is a king bed and a single bed. We need this requirement, thus we booked it. The host informed that the earliest time we can be there is 11am and we can leave our luggages there before check-in. On the next morning 22 Jul 10am, we booked 2 Grab suppose to go to the apartment address, last minute we were informed by the host that due to ceiling leak, they have changed our booking to another apartment in another address. We do not have details if the Flat 1 and Flat 2 are connected together or separate by floors or a few doors away. The picture sent over we cannot see the details. Worst of all, the time to check in is 2pm. We have to cancel the Grab booking due to change of address and the long waiting period between 10am to 2pm as we need to find a shelter to stay indoor to avoid the storm. Thus we requested to cancel the booking and refund us due to this changes. We managed to book a hotel nearby and settled down. At about 11:48am, then the host informed that they have found a place for us to put the luggages whereby we have managed to settle it. We requested repeatedly to accept our cancellation due to this incident. The host has ruined our plan and caused much anxiety to us. The host is not understanding, within a short notice, the host expects the guest to accept any changes without giving much information (except room pictures and location). When we attempted to call the host, the host declined our calls. Such bad service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT AT ALL.
