Remarkable food and service My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days in Hanoi during the Tet holiday, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience at this hotel. One aspect that truly stood out to us was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Upon our arrival, Mr. Hieu Ha warmly greeted us, confirmed our booking, and personally escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable and satisfied. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for our well-being left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we had the opportunity to indulge in a spa session at their sister hotel, conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk away. Despite the closure of many establishments during the Tet holiday, we were in desperate need of some rejuvenation for our weary bodies. Thankfully, the sole receptionist on duty, Ms. Ngoc Pham was attentive and responsive, she skillfully managed to arrange an on-the-day booking for us and tirelessly catered to the needs of various guests. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was equally impressive. In addition to the sumptuous spread of food available at the counter (not a lot but good enough), guests also had the option to order made-to-order chicken or beef pho, as well as eggs cooked to their preference. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible flavors of the pho; it surpassed our expectations in every way. The only minor drawback we encountered during our stay was the soundproofing of the rooms. Regrettably, it was not entirely effective in muffling the conversations and occasional coughs from neighboring guests, as well as the sound of doors closing. Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. While the spa experience may not have been the absolute best we had during our trip, the attentive and friendly staff made us feel genuinely valued and ensured that our every need was met.

We had a great stay at La Siesta Ma May! Throughout our trip, they made us feel right at home - always making sure that our needs are fulfilled and queries answered. Special shoutout to Thanh Hang and her colleagues for looking out for us and going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Would highly recommend everyone who’s looking to visit Hanoi to give this hotel a try. Their Michelin-star restaurant, Red Bean Ma May, serves up some lip-smacking, high quality Vietnamese food. Their house bar offers great cocktails and a view over Hanoi’s old quarter. The in-house spa, La Spa, was the best massage I’ve ever had. So be sure to check them all out while you’re there too! The service across all these establishments is just as good as its hotel, such a great experience overall!

Loved the whole vibe of the hotel. The room was clean, sheets were perfect. Size of the room was good too and we had a huge window. There was a rooftop bar and the views were amazing. The staff at the bar were very knowledgeable and were so patient with our questions. Would 100% recommend this hotel and definitely staying here again when I head back to Hanoi.

The room is ok but toilet paper is not supplied enough , has to ask house keeper to provide more. The towels are little bit smelly. Breakfast is good and tasty. Even better than many restuarant in old town. Service is good.

Services are excellent. The staffs are friendly and caring. Facilities are good, the skybar had an excellent view. Food is decent but can be improved.

A quiet hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle, overall very high-end. Booked a family club room, the most satisfying hotel in this trip. The breakfast was exquisite, the hotel staff were of high quality, and the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. The small disadvantages are that there are few elevators, they are small and slow. Second, the location is noisy, there is no parking area at the door, and it is a bit crowded.

Super great hotel. The location of the hotel cannot be said enough. It is next to the very convenient night market, but it is very quiet at night. The front desk service is really great. They help pick up and drop off luggage. They will open the door in advance and wait for you when you come back. The breakfast is also very rich, just pillows. I feel a little uncomfortable. This hotel is really nice. It’s in the downtown area but the room is quiet and clean. The staff’s attitude and service are very good. The breakfast is also great. I recommend you choose this hotel if you are staying in Hanoi.

This is a place that only I want to know about. I think this is the only place I will stay in Hanoi. My wife is asking me to write a good review and rating here. Not only the staff on the first floor but all the staff at Murden are friendly. In the US, you have no choice but to tip, but here I gave it twice voluntarily haha.

In the old town, the location is good and convenient for travel. Quiet in the bustling city. The room is comfortable. It is suitable for short-term travel. The hotel also provides spa services. The breakfast is very delicious. I strongly recommend the lemongrass chicken soup powder and ginger candied fruit. The front desk service is very meticulous

Surprise, a French-style hotel hidden in an alley The staff is very considerate. There is a special manager who will add you to WeChat to keep in touch with you when you check in. It is equivalent to a housekeeper. You can find her for any needs and she responds promptly When I checked in, I knew that it was my first time in Hanoi. I carefully introduced the attractions to me and recommended nearby restaurants. I went to check in and did not step on the thunder What surprised me the most was getting up early to catch the plane. The hotel actually packed breakfast for me to take with me on the walk. This is the hotel choice I am very satisfied with during this trip to Vietnam. Strong Amway everyone!
