Reception was friendly - the place is pretty run down. Breakfast was okay - location was great though. Air conditioning was weak if any at all

The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

El hotel esta un poco fuera del centro historico,la limpieza perfecta,desayuno variado y completo.
El personal muy gentil,gracias a john por su ayuda.
La habitacion y las instalaciones muy limpias y se aprecia.
Muy recomendado!cerca de muchos lugares y en 15 min caminando estas en centro.Para distancias mas largas,usamos Grab que tiene precios increibles en Vietnam.

我不知道這家酒店那麼多好評怎麼來的。首先，酒店設施是比較老舊的。其次，這酒店可能因為便宜的原因所以有很多本地團客，這些越南本地旅遊團非常吵鬧，5點半就在走廊大聲喧嘩，根本就不會替別人想。最後，酒店所在地段略偏，需要步行10分鐘左右才能到遊客多的鬧市區。總之，這家酒店適合旅行團，或者追求極致性價比的人，因為這是相對於價格，這酒店還算高性價比，但是你要對住宿稍微有點要求就不要考慮了。

ベトナムの他のホテルはわからないが例えば中国と比べた時に同じ価格帯で設備や食事の質で差はあった。Trip.comがここに星4つを与えるのは妥当では無く星3つが妥当であろう。立地が良いこと、部屋が広くて少しだけ豪華に見えること、スタッフの愛想が良いのは良い点だ。観光スポットの中継地点にしやすく途中ホテルに帰って休めるのは大変助かった。ただ部屋の防音性は低く、犬の鳴き声や車のアイドリング、同じ建物内の何らかしらの音で深夜に何度も起こされるのは辛かった。
栓に隙間がありバスタブにはお湯が溜まらない。ビュッフェは種類がやや少なく簡素なものが多く見える。朝のビュッフェが1日の活力を与えてくれたとは言えない。

I’ve stayed in many hotels, and although I’ve been to Ha Noi once before, this time I was truly blown away by the friendliness and hospitality of the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered great options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. My room was big and comfortable—perfect for someone like me who loves having plenty of space. The receptionists and waiters were incredibly friendly and always smiling, which made the stay even nicer. John was a wonderful surprise—so genuine and down-to-earth. Thank you all for the experience!

We stayed at Larosa Hotel in Hanoi and can only say that the gentleman, Thuong, at concierge/reception was an absolute marvel in providing us valuable sight seeing destinations on a Saturday night in downtown Hanoi. My wife and I visited the old quarter and were just amazed at the vibrancy one hustle and bustle of the area. We are exited to visit the coffee shops along the train line tomorrow, which we are told is a must experience whilst here. He also recommended the egg coffee which we are certainly looking forward too. Thank you Thuong for your insightful help and assistance in making this night a memorable one. Alex
