The hotel’s location is superb being near to the lake and the night weekend walking street and night market.

Susan is very kind and help us a lot to find an apartment in the downtown.

There are some stains on some of the towels,which can be improved. Though, everything else was clean. The breakfast was pretty decent and the restaurant has a nice view. The staff were nice and helpful, too. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good location , value for money , great services , great food

We fell in love with this place and especially the staff. In the center of all the hustle and bustle The San Grand is calm and refreshing. The staff are exceptional kind and helpful. We will definitely use the San Grand as our base in Hanoi. Thank you Leo and Emma you made everything so easy ❤️

Centrally located to good eating places n interesting scenic places n streets offering wide variety of goods n foods. Near to the lake n night market streets. Breakfast is good too! Thanks

Good right smack in The Central of old quarters. Just walking distance to the lake and there food in every corner of the hotel

Nice hospitable hotel with good reception. Facilities are not up to standards.

Location wise this hotel is value for money as it is easy to walk to all the basics. Rooftop bar has a great view too. There is a change in breakfast menu everyday so it doesn't get repetitive. More importantly, the service staff at this hotel was one of the best we have experienced in our travels. They are always seeking to please and make us feel welcomed. Shout out to Ruby who helped us with suggestions when we had questions even late in the night. Also Mia, the head of customer service, who sought our views on the stay. Keep up the good work and I'll definitely return.

The location is perfect and everything is clean. The hotel could do with making check-in shorter. There was so much information given that it became a tedious check-in. Breakfast was very good and varied each day.

Location wise, all the attractions are within a short walk. There is a road block during weekend, hence very difficult to get taxi on that time.
