Fantastic little hotel, really friendly & helpful staff, lovely rooms - ours had a balcony looking onto the street, good breakfast and nice little pool on roof with bar. Ten minute walk to lake and lots of shops and eateries close. Highly recommend

We spent two separate nights at this hotel, with a trip to Halong Bay for a night in between. Daff made contact with me a few days before arrival and was a wonderful team leader. Tracy and Phiong were also staff we loved dealing with. Tracy remembered us when we came back the second night and greeted us with a big smile, asking us how our trip to Halong bay had been. Our executive balcony room was large and very comfortable, with plenty of room to store our things. The only thing that could be improved is the shower. Very poor water pressure. Breakfast was also nice and we loved the made to order eggs.

Excellent compact hotel. We were greeted at hotel by Lilly who gave us very informative run down of the hotel and services and local attractions. She did a great job to make sure you were welcomed and made aware of things at the hotel and surrounds. Breakfasts were great, service and rooms were great and roof top pool clean and inviting. No trouble commending this hotel to stay 10/10 deserves an excellent review English speaking staff were friendly just a great place to stay 4 night with family Thank you

From beginning, when we arrived at hotel, the bellman - Mike opened the door for us with smile and helped us to carry very heavy luggage, he's funny guy lol. Then we met the FO team is so professional and wonderful to take care us during our stay there. They also arranged amazing tour to Lan Ha Bay, Tam Coc and Sapa for us in the North of Vietnam, we enjoyed the trip very much. Just a small hotel is in center of Old town with lovely pool, chilling rooftop bar, spa. We had everything we want for the place to stay in Hanoi these days. And if you dont know somewhere to eat, to do during the day in Hanoi, i suggest that you should come and ask them for some good recommendations and useful tips. Definitely stay again!!!

Two nights stayed here was really good experience ever in Vietnam. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable, even we asked them where to buy it lol. Breakast was accommodate for us. The exceptional point is the briliant, amazing staff always willing to support us with our every single question. Especially, i was impressed by Daff, Tracy, Lily, Jerry, Mike, Andree. Lovely pool with chilling skybar. Would love to stay again.

Great location in Hanoi's old quarter the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly especially Jerry, would happily recommend I particularily like the pool on the 9th floor which was great after a hot day walking around Hanoi. Thanks again Jerry!

This is a small hotel on outskirts of old quarter. Had a room with balcony which looked out over the city and the busy crossroads below was great for people watching. Shame there wasn't a small table and chairs out there though. Room was a good size with a big bed and powerful shower in bathroom. Clean although could have done with a lick of paint. I used the small pool on rooftop a couple of times, you can't do too many strokes but nice to cool off in and nobody else up there! The breakfast area is in the lobby and can get a bit busy. Breakfast itself was ok but not a lot of fruit or pastries and could have done with some labelling as not sure what some of the options were. I have had better choice elsewhere. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are all smiley and very helpful. A special mention for Jerry and Lily who answered lots of questions and helped out when one of the trips I'd booked forgot to pick me up. Overall a good option for the money, nothing fancy but a solid choice in a good location and the balcony and pool were a bonus. It is on a main road so don't stay if you don't like noise but I loved the busy hustle and bustle.

Great stay at San Palace Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is very quiet despite being in a busy area, and the staff was super friendly with us, specially Mike. Has a great rooftop bar with a view of the whole city. Highly recommend staying there. I love San Palace Hotel

Really wonderful staff. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Wonderful location right in the heart of old quarter. Very clean and very quite. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast, the restaurant was very nice and had a great view and the food was good. Coffee was great.
