設施：房間很大，有廚房有吃飯的大桌子，洗衣機洗衣服也很方便，就是暖氣太熱了，我們南方人被熱得開空調開16℃還熱得睡不着。
衞生：挺乾淨的，沒有看見不乾淨的地方。
環境：窗外風景很好看，雪白白一片，就是樓下店有些少。
服務：服務很好，有什麼不懂的地方老闆都會説。

房間裝修非常好，設備非常新，投屏清晰明瞭， 還有廚房和獨衞，床品毛巾非常乾淨，房屋非常整潔，房屋採光好，還有免費的小食和水提供，房間門是密碼鎖，安全有保障。而且，我們剛到的時候找不到大門，老闆娘非常耐心細緻的引領我們。
最最最重要的一點是！！！今天辦事辦了很久沒弄完 12點退房也回不去了，就和老闆娘説讓她先退房，然後我們的行李暫存一下，老闆娘不僅沒收錢，還特意去我們的房間把我很重的行李箱拖了回來，而且我把化粧包放進了蜜雪冰城的袋子了，我差點以為保潔阿姨肯定會不認真看以為是垃圾給扔了，沒想到阿姨也非常細緻，所有東西都被很好的保存，出門辦事的小幸運！！環境就不多説了 看圖吧大家！！！

各方面都非常滿意，客人都給滿分確實實至名歸。樓下超市餐飲燒烤早餐等配套完善，停車方便，打車也方便。管家非常熱心，走到小區外面路邊迎接並送至房間內，有什麼需求也能立即給與安排。

房子哪裡都挺好，店家也很好，唯一不滿意的地方就是房子隔音太差，隔壁打遊戲、説話，我們這屋聽着嘎嘎清楚。如果入住時遇到的隔壁鄰居都是不愛説話的，還能住的舒心些，同時也得注意自己説話聲要小，要不你倆聊啥隔壁也能聽到。
