房東服務態度禮貌中透着不禮貌，這麼熱的天跟我們説空調長時間開是要收費的。基礎設施基本都是缺啥現要，空調開一會漏水床濕了，房東還會很人性化的有點小情緒，咱是花錢住店，花了錢買了一次性基礎設施和屋內的水電的短期使用權，走南闖北住過這麼多地方，第一次聽説開空調是要額外收費的，咱大哈爾濱真是挺頭子呀。單人間和雙人間沒啥區別，一個價位，建議有過路過看了房再定。房東和住宿都挺不錯，下次不來了

房間挺大 空調冷氣也挺足，服務也挺好。要小心老闆多收錢去市區。機場大巴一個人20 坐老闆的拼車一個人30 這點錢又發不了財何必呢 況且吭別人的錢也發不了財

非常非常非常好！！！老闆人特別好，這是最最重要的！而且是一家人都特別好，特別樸實！住在這裏真的跟在家住的感覺一樣！什麼都好商量，什麼都可以跟店家説，基本全部滿足。位置很好，到機場三五分鐘。房間剛剛裝修好，很寬敞明亮乾淨。我拍的是打折的幾十塊錢，享受到這樣的服務，真的超值。充足乾淨的備品，獨立衞生間，這個價位本來是沒有接送機服務的，老闆體諒到我出門在外不容易，還特地免費幫我安排了車送機。到了機場，又送了我一分免費的早餐。我都不好意思要了，懷疑他這樣根本賺不到錢，可是他一再堅持，説這是商家承諾的服務，一定要兑現！哎！下次從哈爾濱飛，選這家就完了！
