Good location, just a couple hundred meters fr KaiShengYuan Metro station, next to Wanda Shopping Mall @ Harbin West. I called the hotel using Trip.com internet call, and managed to book a transfer from Harbin West HSR station to the hotel. The breakfast is OK, and there is washing machine and dryer to do your laundry. Room is very spacious. One of the room, the bathroom light is faulty.
Highly recommended for this price range.

We really liked the hotel. It is located on the 17th and 18th floors of a high-rise building. The windows offer a magnificent view of the city and Harbin West Railway Station. The location is very good, the metro station and bus stops and three huge shopping centers are close to the hotel. The decoration of the room is very pleasant. Gorgeous comfortable beds and great bedding. The bathroom is beautiful and comfortable. Sofas with a window lounge table add home comfort. The breakfasts are delicious, diverse, and hearty. Polite and helpful staff. If we go to Harbin, we'll stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is amazing - location is perfect for both railway and metro plus lots of great shops and restaurants around it.
I used the free shuttle and it was seamless - so well organised !
Then my brother needed extra room last minute and amazingly they got him one even though he arrived very late
Room has tea and coffee and everything needed
Staff were extremely helpful.. answering questions promptly before and when I arrived
Finally, the absolute star comes because they found my lost sunglasses ! Wow! No one ever has handed things back when lost at a hotel
It was easy to find the location once I got there- key is it’s 17th floor
Super close to metro making exploration easy

The hotel is located in the shopping area. Everything is nearby. The service is good. The room was clean and spacious with all the necessities. I will definitely book it again!

We had a pleasant staycation at Jinjue Hotel.We originally booked our accommodation for 5 nights but we loved it so much we extended it for another 3 nights.
Everyone is so helpful and friendly, always giving the best service!
Our room is really nice, especially with non smoking area. We had the city view room with window which is perfect for us.
The location is very handy, accessible to what we need. Mostly walking distance.
And the best part is, the buffet breakfast! we enjoyed the variety of local food.
We want to thank the whole team for the excellent service they provided. Well done!

We wish to have seen in description that the hotel is not in its own building, but shares a building with other hotels, offices etc., which makes catching an elevator a real challenge, besides the elevators are not clean and many cargo transporters are also using them, even though there is a specific one with label for cargos. A lot of food deliveries compete with you for the elevators. It‘s cool that they allow food deliveries into hotel, but it must be properly managed.
All in all good price, except the elevator situation

Hotel is just one metro station away from railway station. Room is clean and spacious. Only drawback is 1/2hr attraction to main Harbin attractions
