都挺好，很方便。孩子在哈爾濱工業大學上學，出差辦事住這都習慣了，攜程上優惠價格也很大，以後來哈爾濱就住這了。

暖氣充足，房間乾淨整潔。交通便利，距離工大一牆之隔。不足的地方是，房間半地下，層高不足有點壓抑。

我們帶孩子參觀哈工大，衹能説過夜沒問題，對於要去哈工大辦事或者參觀校園、航天館客人來説，非常方便，價格也便宜，就是環境和硬件條件一般。

招待所的後窗户就是哈工大，如果參觀哈工大的話，到西門去參觀，其他的門衹允許學生通過，裝修還是偏老一些，但是整體來説還是比較乾淨，接待人員很熱情，服務很周到，12點要準時退房

招待所沒有在校園裡頭，在校園的邊緣，距離地鐵站和公交站都比較近，交通比較方便。
房間都在一層和半地下室，標間比如家和其他經濟型酒店要便宜。有的房屋無窗，價格特別優惠，110--125元。
環境、衞生、設施都還不錯，周邊配套不多，最近一個月做外牆體保温。酒店用品配套比較齊全，裏面衞生也比較好。
前台空間不大，沒有接待沙發，不適合做商務住宿，適合短期差旅、經濟旅遊住宿。通道兩側牆上掛着東北風格的油畫，比較有特點。
