Great hotel in songbei area. Very near to snow ice festival. Staff are warm and welcoming. Best of all room come with all the necessities. Though location is abit far from city but this is the best hotel I stayed in Harbin out of the other 3 hotels I’m staying. Definitely will come again. Thank you to all the staff here

The hotel room is very nice and they had good service. Although the location is quite far, they do provide shuttle bus service to the scenic places.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

酒店顾客服务很好，员工有礼貌，they are very helpful & prompt to action. Whenever we asked for fresh fruit or toiletries refill, they responsed quickly & politely. They also provided daily 1x free shuttle service to the nearest train station, which we find this very helpful.
The room is spacious & clean, facility is new (no chemical odour). We are allowed to upgrade our room with rmb1. The room is equipped with smart curtain control & heated toilet seat, I personally like the towel for their fluffiness.
Overall the hotel is beyond expectation, the only fallback that the hotel is located slightly far from tourist spot, however the good side is we get a calm rest at night & it is close to the train station (大耿家)。

預訂的最普通的單人間，入住時前台給升級了家庭房，還有小尺寸的小童浴袍。環境非常好，設施也很新，地毯乾乾淨淨的，感覺超越了福朋某登和歡朋某頓。連住了三天，每天都有歡迎水果。最重要的是有免費的地下車庫，這個在冬天簡直是自駕福音啊。對了，早飯是到中午12點結束。
設施：設施新，天貓精靈智能控制，智能馬桶
衞生：乾淨，很乾凈，沒有黴味
環境：温暖愜意，陽光充足，安靜無煙味，有地庫
服務：前台的姐姐總是面帶微笑，退房時還贈送了伴手禮。
