This must be one of the best hotels we've stayed at in China. The hotel location is well situated with only a 2 minute walk from the Shangzhi Street metro. Though the room was not very big, it was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with amenities. The bed was comfortable, and it provided us with a good night's sleep. The front desk staff was must friendly and charming, especially Miss Freya. The breakfast was very good with a wide menu. There is a coffee machine in the lobby and in the breakfast room. There's one personal coffee machine in the room too. The tourists sights like St. Sophia Cathedral and Zhongyang Street are only a 15-minute walk away. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Ha'erbin again.

Great hotel for a good holiday stayed with delicious breakfast.

It was our first trip to Harbin with my son. And I understand that staying at this hotel was a great idea! The administrators were very polite and attentive. The daily cleaning of the room was magnificent. The opportunity to wash my clothes helped a lot. The breakfasts were very varied and delicious. We received great satisfaction from the accommodation! Thank you very much ❤️

Absolutely unpredictable lighting system and not terribly helpful staff, but otherwise a decent stay with a comfortable bed and a great breakfast.

A new and centrally located hotel. Breakfasts were good value. Will stay again.

Had a fantastic stay here. Phoebe was really helpful throughout our stay and also checked in with us periodically to ensure everything was ok.
