The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the sound of water and people talking upstairs. You can hear the sound of people walking by clearly. Also, the light outside is very strong. 房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，服務人員也不錯，保潔人員也有求必應。前台人員會細心問你想選什麼位置，有什麼要求，可能因為我選的房間相對靠邊一些，安靜一些，不吵。但是住了三天以後樓上也有人入住，他們喊的太大聲了聽**的，這個跟房間隔音也沒太大關係，純聲大。早餐也吃了還不錯，就是需要辦卡才能享受免費早餐1份，要是不辦金卡需要自費38去前台購買。大概就是這樣吧挺不錯的，有需要還會來，如果長住下次可能辦卡比較合適。

前台服務超讚！酒店服務人員都很熱情周到，專業高效，還主動介紹周邊美食超詳細！笑容超治癒，賓至如歸感十足！強烈推薦！酒店房間也很乾凈，設施很新，都是智能小度，最主要有停車場對於開車在附近辦事來説特別方便！

帶父親來哈爾濱看病 離二院很近 走路也就十分鐘 酒店新開業不久 服務很周到 最後一天退房 還特意給做了延遲退房 一個小建議 一樓前台旁邊的衞生間 應該按個掛鈎啥的 有時候拿包 拿外套 沒有地方放東西 其他整體很好

酒店很新，房間設施齊全，裝修很有設計感，房間乾淨整潔， 樓下有機器人送餐，酒店工作人員態度也是非常的好，熱情周到，早餐品種豐富，味道不錯，有很大的停車場，免費停車。這家酒店真的是個不錯的住宿選擇，會推薦給朋友

服務非常差，不建議來住。
服務人員基本沒有，服務員問什麼都沒有。洗衣袋沒有是方便袋還是很小的那種，手機充電線沒有，各種沒有。和智選假日，全季比起來就是垃圾，這個定位精選什麼pro，完全是概念。
以後不會住。
