I am really satisfied with the service. Clean, very warm rooms, free drinking water, rich breakfast, amazing staff. The only down side is location but taxi is cheap. I highly recommend it!

這是我住過的最差的一次酒店。裝修風格是維也納的，但我很懷疑是不是承包給第三方管理了。管理混亂，工作人員也不穿制服，服務態度極其差勁，前台工作人員服務態度冷漠甚至是高傲的，多説一句話都嫌煩的那種狀態。衞生清理的也很差。第一天衹清理了垃圾，沒給我們換浴巾，第二天説了一下浴巾換了，但仍然衹清理垃圾，不打掃房間。連續住了四天，房間從不打掃，床鋪也不幫忙收拾，4天了沒有見工作人員幫我們打掃房間。地上頭髮原地不動待了4天。負一層洗衣房黑乎乎，去洗衣服像進了**，衹有一台洗衣機，晾衣架什麼都沒有。
