喆啡給我的印象還是比較精緻舒適性價比比較高的。直到這次體驗。主要問題：
1.前台服務態度極差，禮貌用語沒有，給客人房卡竟然扔在櫃枱上。
2.衞生環境極差，走廊異味嚴重，房間有異味，洗漱台有水漬，牀頭櫃縫隙裏有垃圾。
3.設施差，布草陳舊甚至有些變色。方巾竟然是飛邊的。餐廳竟然是天台上面的閣樓改的。
4.管理差，員工滿走廊的大聲講話，沒有一句禮貌用語。早餐員工竟然和客人同一時間到餐廳打工作餐。還有一個沒有着裝的員工在餐枱下面翻找東西。
沒見過這麼差的！

房間比較乾淨整潔，離香坊萬達很近，地理位置很好。想去萬達影城看電影也特別的方便。附近有很多好吃的，很不錯。
