#衞生坐在床邊玩手機，蟑螂突然掉手上了，見最後一張圖。前幾張圖是後來換的房間，掀開床單後發現有很多的毛髮，蟲*等。廁所返味兒，兩個房間都有股難以描述的臭味兒#服務發現蟑螂後就對前台提出了換房要求，前台表示沒有空房，可以退錢給我換酒店，我回去收拾完東西退房，前台又表示衹退按金，不退房費，還説我是白*，我又沒用酒店裡任何東西，甚至床單都沒掀開就在床尾坐會就叫白*了？我白*我半夜一點要退房？如果不是有蟑螂誰要半夜出去換酒店啊。我執意要退之後又有空房了，不知道從哪找來一間房給我換了，換的房衞生也很差#性價比酒店對有蟑螂的事情也是見怪不怪的態度，看來習以為常，大家慎重選擇吧

入住時發現點小問題與老闆反饋都給我解決了，態度也非常好。早上退房與前台反饋：床上爬、身上爬、牆上來的是啥樣，孩子説身上被蚊子咬了很癢一看有小紅包。時間很緊早出晚歸也沒計較太多，畢竟房費很便宜！

旅遊這麼多年第一次住這麼差的酒店，也就是哈爾濱火了。破酒店一晚將近300元正常房間都有免費礦泉水一瓶2瓶的我們去問老闆説要錢呵呵哈爾濱火了你們都牛氣沖天了房間的床靠着一張大鏡子是啥意思真是對設計無語😓房間的味道臭氣熏天噁心😷拖鞋臟死了毛巾也是臟床單也沒換還有頭髮一次性洗漱用品也是品質夠次的了一次性拖鞋還的去前台要衞生紙也是最次的了這個房間也就衹最多80塊錢#衞生

衞生怎麼説呢，床上還有不知何時留下的頭髮，我是晚上入住的，連被套床單都沒有換，晚上給前台打電話説需要被罩和床單，前台一男的很不耐煩的説:早怎麼沒要”拿來之後我自己鋪上的，被罩好像用的時間太久了，露了很多洞。房間很小，不像他家網頁説的15平米，我估算了一下也就9平左右，一米八以上的人睡覺腳可能伸展不開，衞生間洗手盆漏水，房間不隔音，走廊和隔壁説話能夠清晰聽見

距離火車站應該是不遠，可惜去的時候和回來的時候都是哈爾濱西的火車站，酒店周圍感覺吃飯挺方便的，有個盒飯自助感覺還可以，酒店比較好找，房間有窗户比較大，有兩個床，缺點就是去的時候點背，趕上樓上裝修，影響自來水，過去這一個多月，應該沒事了

房間不是那麼乾淨，可能裝修很久了，有的地方發黴了，屋裡灰塵較多，房間不大，洗臉盆漏水，換了房間也都是如此，好像洗臉盆漏水是特色，讓幫忙換床單被罩，服務員很不耐煩的拿來後讓自己換，房間不隔音

親子房小得衹能擺下2張床，與浴室衞生間拿近透明的塑料紙遮擋，異味，床單被套臟，沒熱水！！！不知道是商家還是同程把價提到了500多。
