Staff are mature and kind. They have room service menu. But once I asked, they said they do not know how busy restaurant will be so menu could not be confirmed. I think it is strange. If you have food menu to order, so everyday customer should have no problem to order food freely.

本人黑龍江人冬泳，跑步，騎自行車，抗寒能力很強，但是這家酒店房間跟冰窖一樣，空調製暖靠一宿，房間裏還是冷的讓人無法入睡，好不容易睡著了，一宿也凍醒5-6次，好不容易熬到天亮，兩個肩膀凍得很疼，冬泳從來都沒有那種感覺，痠疼痠疼，強烈不建議冬天入住，根本不用考慮空調製熱的問題，暖氣空調都不好使。

就沖這地理位置它就無敵。火車站正對面，下火車後儘量別走地上。這段路它沒有紅綠燈，哈爾濱車輛能加速就絕對不減速，誓與行人爭快慢。 注意觀察，走地下吧，不過出入口並不好找。
扯遠了，酒店本身絕對值得回頭客。服務員態度非常好，打掃、補充物料都十分及時。房間隔音也比大多數酒店要好。
唯一要吐槽的就是方塊造型的坐便，大概全國麗楓都是統一裝修，絕對的設計師腦袋進水。

房間整潔舒適，服務熱情周到，設施齊全完善，去機場、坐火車非常方便。因為隨身攜帶的葯品需要冷藏，酒店前台漂亮的服務員，酒店的保安還有餐廳的工作人員都積極幫助，把葯存放在冰箱的保鮮箱內，讓人感覺很温暖。謝謝！
