房間各方面都很好，櫃子椅子桌子都齊全，就是淋浴間太小，淋浴頭太高，熱水出水量少沒有可手持的花灑，非常不方便，其他還好，周圍交通方便，近高鐵站和客運站，樓層也高，但電梯少，出入人很多，電梯等待時間稍長，尤其是高峯期

1.衝著如家選的這家，入住之後發現是凱旋門酒店，跟名字一點關係沒有
2.床單是破的，看起來也不乾淨，空調時好時壞基本就是用不了
3.隔音極差，是住過的酒店裡最差的隔音，大早上七點鐘保潔邊收拾隔壁房間邊大聲打電話，剛開始以為是其他住客，忍無可忍開門才發現居然是保潔，聲音不亞於直接站在床頭
4.打電話給前台投訴，前台問了房間號，結果下一秒直接聽到前台告訴保潔，哪個房間的客人投訴大早上講電話，然後就這麼清晰的被罵了，不懂這個意義在哪？作為消費者，睡都睡不好還要被罵事多，服務真是了不起

早餐是在一個環境逼仄的小二層用餐，品種少到令人驚歎，孩子沒的吃。衞生間淋浴衹有大花灑沒有手持噴頭，開水後很長時間水都是涼的，叫服務員過來看一下還表示出明顯的不滿。為了在哈西站趕火車臨時住一晚，真心不推薦。

房間洗澡的地方非常小，有點侷促，其他還好，地理位置非常好，地段繁華，距離哈爾濱西站和哈爾濱客運站都非常近，附近大商場多。就是在前台辦理業務的時候，發現一層蒼蠅挺多。
