Harbin Jiaju Hotel

Stayed in Harbin for 5 nights. This is the most cost-effective hotel. The front desk upgraded me to a city view room with a balcony. The room is well soundproofed and quiet. The service is super thoughtful and responsive. Opposite the hotel is the Sports Park, where the kids played on the ice for the whole day. There are three commercial buildings around, and there are so many good restaurants. I will stay here again next time I go!

The room that used to cost over 200 yuan is now selling for over 600 yuan. The front desk service attitude is still very poor, and the breakfast is not good either. Even if Harbin Hotel is popular, there were no people there before. Now with this attitude, I will never come again. 👋

Arrived at the hotel a little after 1am. After arriving, I entered the room and found that it had been occupied before. The room was not cleaned. I called the front desk. After a while, the waiter became impatient and felt that she was disturbing my sleep. I went into the room and looked around and went downstairs. Then the front desk called and said that our waiter had checked and the room had not been occupied. Later, the waiter came back and called the front desk again. In the end, they said that it had been cleaned. I don’t know what’s going on. At that time, I booked three nights, but the one night and two nights were booked separately. I asked to change the room, and the front desk said, “I can change it for you now, but you have to go out again tomorrow.” After the change, the room card did not work again. After inserting the card, it broke again. I changed the card again. From the beginning to the end, whether it was the housekeeper or the front desk, they just said “I’m sorry” or “No” and showed impatience.

The room on the third floor was very noisy during the day and I couldn't rest. There was a badminton hall upstairs. I called the front desk to explain the problem. They said that if I wanted to change rooms, I had to pay extra. It didn't matter if they had explained the problem earlier. The room on the third floor had no hot water for half a day and the Wi-Fi didn't work. After changing the room to the 4th floor, I could still hear the noise and it took a long time to wait for hot water. The hotel staff had a very arrogant attitude. From what I heard and saw, I thought the hotel belonged to them. The cleaning staff and the front desk would call you and knock on your door at the same time to bombard you to check out. I often travel between Beijing and Harbin and have stayed in countless hotels. I have stayed in all kinds of star-rated hotels. The service of this hotel really opened my eyes. The whole staff looked like the hotel would close tomorrow and it didn't matter what happened. Those who are going to stay here can experience it for themselves.

The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. It is very close to the subway station. There is a sports park at the door of the hotel. The view of the sports park is very beautiful outside the room window! The service is thoughtful and the experience is good!
