成功的一次入住。賓館離中央大街很近，在旁邊輔路的小區裏，很安靜。周圍有商店 飯店，很方便。剛開業不久，房間設施齊全，乾淨。淋浴水流很大，就是熱水器温度降得特別快。還有不足之處就是，床頭插座太遠了，不太方便。床單上有頭髮，打掃不太乾淨。前台態度有待改進，老闆説話有點噎人。走廊 房間也沒有前台電話， 房間沒有空調遙控器。總的來説還不錯，都是小瑕疵。

酒店位置非常好，緊鄰中央大街，環境衞生都很好👍，進屋床單、枕套潔凈白白，讓人感覺心情舒暢！重點表揚一下賓館的服務，老闆美麗大方，服務周到，是真誠的熱情喔！我們開車🚗過去時由於哈爾濱市政施工的影響，賓館的院內不能停車，但老闆積極的幫我們協調解決，想盡辦法確保我們能安心遊玩，沒有後顧之憂。在此，我們一行5人向哈爾濱盛軒賓館及美麗老闆表示真誠感謝🙏，你們的熱情服務為我們這次哈爾濱之遊大大滴加分喔，也為美麗的哈爾濱大大滴加分喔！謝謝你們，再來哈爾濱一定光顧貴店（*☻-☻*）祝盛軒賓館生意興隆！（^з^）

房間比較小，空間比較狹窄！隔音不好，房間設施不齊全，例如沒有電吹風，沒有抽紙！服務前台缺勤，就是衹有一個前台，這個前台不在了，沒有替換，有問題的時候找不着人！不過，説實話，人員服務態度是沒有可以挑剔的！綜合來説，比上不足，比下有餘！至於説**攜程都高評分，我個人認為有點刷分的嫌疑！

客服免費給我們帶娃升級套房，服務態度非常好，告訴我們附近的美食，附近不遠處還有地鐵，出行很方便，住的地方比較安靜，早餐也很豐富，真心不錯👍

不得不說，老闆及老闆娘非常熱情，地理位置也很方便，前門出去右轉是中央大街，後門出去右轉是紅磚街早市，重點是朋友生理期來不小心弄到床單，也沒有加收清潔費，水喝完了要買，老闆也說免費讓我們拿，真的很推薦，下次來還會選這間！

幾年前…應該是18年年底19年年頭那個時候帶老婆孩子、哥哥姐姐、侄女、外甥女來哈爾濱的時候住的這家店，當時應該是剛開業沒多久，都是新裝修的，我印象很深刻就是有個小院子、房間特別乾淨、衞生。所以這次帶朋友們過來，果斷選擇再次入住這裏，這次發現這裏除了離中央大街近，從後門出去到紅專街早市也就走路5分鐘，真的方便，而且她他家有個小院子，停車很方便，剛到哈爾濱落地或者從哈爾濱離開預訂送機去機場也很方便，去冰雪大世界和哈爾濱站的地鐵站700m走路10分鐘不到，真的很好，房間內很暖和，棒棒噠。必須點贊！

至今為止定過最差的酒店！沒有之一！正門在紅霞街，很小的一塊牌匾，司機都開過頭了也沒看到，要不是開着導航根本不知道已經到了！跟攜程上掛的圖片真的不能比，簡直掛羊頭賣狗肉！賓館是在一個居民區裏的，門口3個垃圾桶，一下出租車就聞到了臭味，隨行的小朋友都被薰吐了。進了賓館辦入住，前面還有一個人就聽老闆娘在那邊忽悠人家説他們家目前住滿了，但是房間很乾凈，還有另外一家店但不叫這個名字，可以帶去另外那家住，balabala一陣忽悠，本來也沒在意，後來等我們辦理好入住才知道房間是“真的”乾淨！衞生間一股返上來的臭味！真的是誰住誰知道！搞笑的是前台基本沒人，有什麼訴求客人都要自己動手滿足，除了監控沒有管理人員，外面隨隨便便就能進來，很沒安全感！因為後面17還定了一個晚上（我們入住是14號，中間幾天去雪鄉），但是雪鄉閉園了，那我們就要調整行程，想把17號的入住取消，商家死活不同意，還把鍋甩到平台那邊，説是平台不允許，從14號晚上開始搞這個事情一直到17號，甚至15號晚上還打了12345，不得不説哈爾濱的市民熱線真的是**，幫解決的是市場管理局的，態度差的要死，就一句你在哪裡定的房間就問哪裡怎麼解決！然後攜程就一直在中間調解，弄到17號那天商家説我們退的太晚了影響他後續的生意，要扣掉50%的費用，最後扣了我們40%的房費才讓我們退房！給人的感覺就是抓住一頭羊就給你死命的薅羊毛，強烈要求把這種黑心商家提出平台！不要因為一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥！

非常棒的酒店，地理位置特別優越，非常的方便，就在中央大街和紅磚街的附近，出門就是早市，去防洪紀念塔和索菲亞大教堂也都很近！房間也非常棒，暖氣非常足，設備完善。最關鍵的是老闆人特別好，服務周到熱情。給我們推薦附近的吃喝遊玩，幫我們做攻略，下一次有機會一定還來。還住這裏！！！
