房間蠻新，兩室一廳，客廳沒有空調，衹有一個卧室有，晚上睡覺也還算湊合，不算太熱，下雨這兩天有些潮。周邊買吃的買水果很方便，吃飯有一條街，也不錯。已經推薦給要去的朋友了。

住房附近很多好吃的小店，鄰居讓我充分體會了東北人的熱情
房間整體是好，不過温馨提示畢竟不是酒店，所以私人用品自己要準備一下，比如毛巾，牙刷之類。對洗滌用品有要求的也最好自已準備。熱水是電熱水箱，所以限量使用，人多要點時間稍等。一句話就是硬件是好的，軟件就自備一下吧。也算無傷大礙吧。哈哈哈哈
還有重點，因為下午機，不想帶着行理跑，店東超好，讓我們延遲了退房。讓我們還可以利用上午時間去松花江瘋玩了一趟。

整體很棒，房間衞生好，空間大，交通方便，門口還有早市，離核心景區半個小時車程，離地鐵站一公里多，適合旅居
房東人好，熱心解決問題
一點點小建議是入住前房間有微微異味，可以噴一點空氣清新劑；小房間略冷，可以加裝空調；熱水器熱水可以保持十分鐘，要是儲水量更大一些就更好了

到哈爾濱可以住在這位置呢，稍微有一點偏，但是交通很方便。小區環境比較好，便民設施的也比較好。嗯，樓下就是市場煙火氣息很濃。如果要吃地道的東北菜，可以在附近吃一下。在哈爾濱玩了三天，住了兩宿，沒想到最後一晚樓下的鞦韆是我們玩的最愉快的一天。
