They never clean the rooms even when you request for cleaning and changing of sheets. Hotel location is great but cleaning services is terrible.

The location is perfect, right next to the Sophia cathedral , so close to shopping malls and the central street and he “first hospital”, so you can ho walking to get he Covid test the day before taking your train or flight to leave Harbin! The hotel needs renovation. The room 2015 has a problem with the curtain , the curtain do not close !!!!!!! So the light would come to wake you up when you actually want to rest more !

The place is very close to St. Sophia Cathedral. It’s just overlooking the cathedral from the room. The place is good and the service I would say is ok. The room is quite old and not fully maintained but for travel purposes it is enough for the rest.
