The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly even though they know limited English. I didn’t take the breakfast. There is warm drink serve in hotel lobby for guest . The heater is functioning well. There is a bidet at toilet which i like.

The room is very dirty, and it’s not clean properly. The toilet smells really bad. We asked for room service, the cleaner put a bag of water in plastic bag to cover the smell but it doesn’t work. Location was ok, staff was ok too. Breakfast is not great.Definitely need to improve the cleanliness by a lot.

We booked a twin room, and the hotel upgraded it to a family room, which is a suite. The hardware facilities are generally good and clean. The free laundry room has two washing machines and dryers, which is convenient for people who travel for a long time.
