This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Harbin, after driving all the way from Guangdong. Both the lobby and rooms are designed in a European style. The front desk staff were very polite, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich. The hotel even has its own parking spaces. I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

I've traveled with my child to many cities and stayed in numerous hotels over the past few years, but this one truly left a lasting impression. Both the front desk staff and the service personnel were incredibly welcoming. Cleanliness is a given, but what really stood out was their human touch. My original check-out time had passed, and I was still busy with a photo conference, but the front desk happily extended my check-out. They even gave us a small gift when we left.

The environment is great – spacious and clean, and the service was warm and welcoming. They even gave us a fridge magnet! We also received a follow-up call, which was a nice touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin. It's very close to Central Street with lots of delicious food nearby. A very satisfying stay and trip overall!

An absolutely wonderful hotel! It has a distinct Russian style, the beds are large and clean, and the service is exceptional. They even gave us a souvenir fridge magnet, which was a lovely touch!

I just randomly picked this hotel on Ctrip, and it turned out to be a great value for money. It's only a few minutes' walk from the Shangzhi Street station on Metro Line 2, making it convenient to walk to both the Cathedral and Central Street. The lady at the front desk even gave me a complimentary breakfast, and when I checked out, she thoughtfully gave me a fridge magnet. Overall, the service and the room environment were excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
